Appointments give RoseVilla national representation on its board for the first time as it plans its next phase of growth
PORTLAND, Ore. (July 1, 2026) — RoseVilla Senior Living has appointed Ben Butler, Annie Klug and Renee Anderson to its board of directors. The additions of Butler and Anderson bring national representation to the board of the nonprofit Life Plan Community for the first time. Their combined expertise will strengthen the board, allowing RoseVilla to move confidently into its next phase of development and through its long-term strategic plan.
Butler currently serves as vice president of development for Arch Consultants Ltd., a Front Porch development company. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with leadership teams and consultants on the East and West Coasts to build welcoming, resident-centered and operationally strong environments. His expertise spans dining and hospitality strategy, operational improvement and community modernization projects. Butler also serves on the board of Greens Restaurant, a nationally recognized establishment focused on sustainability and community.
Klug was most recently vice president of community programs for the Portland Trail Blazers and executive director of the Trail Blazers Foundation, where she directed community outreach and the team’s Alumni and Ambassador program. She previously spent years in the nonprofit sector with United Way of the Columbia-Willamette and Oregon Mentors. Klug holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Portland and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon.
Anderson brings nearly three decades of executive experience in senior living leadership, finance and operations. She most recently served as president and CEO of Saint John’s On The Lake in Milwaukee. A certified public accountant by training, Anderson specializes in the intersection of financial stewardship, strategic planning and mission-driven community development.
“Ben, Annie and Renee join the board at a pivotal moment of growth for RoseVilla,” said Glen Lewis, CEO of RoseVilla Senior Living. “Their diverse insights will be invaluable as we propel our next phase of development and continue to champion an inclusive, sustainable community that models the future of senior living.”
