The Flourish Project

The Flourish Project is an intentional, community-wide sustainability and resiliency initiative. Rather than treating green practices as optional extras, we embed them into everyday life. The Flourish Project not only enriches life for our Residents and Team members, it helps us safeguard the planet for future generations.

ROSE Port

ROSE Port (Resilient Operations and Sustainable Energy), is the Pacific Northwest’s first solar-powered, climate-resilient hub designed specifically for a senior living community. This earthquake-resistant structure, the first of several resilience hubs planned for our campus. ROSE Port ensures our Residents will have backup power and clean water during a crisis, marking a new standard for resilient senior living and care.

Resident Green Team

The Green Team’s mission is to promote environmental stewardship, resilience, and sustainability across the RoseVilla community. Its members collaborate with fellow Residents, Team Members, and Team Leaders to develop and implement eco-friendly practices that protect natural resources, reduce waste, and prepare the campus for a sustainable future.

Reporting on Senior Living or Aging?
Start Here...

RoseVilla leaders and subject-matter experts are available for commentary, interviews, and background briefings on the issues transforming senior living today and beyond. We bring real-world experience and forward-looking insight to help journalists tell richer, more accurate stories.

Topics We Can Speak To:

Shifting Senior Living Trends

What today’s older adults want and how providers are adapting.

How environmental innovation and social equity are shaping senior communities and the roles Residents play in making it happen.

Building communities where every person is seen, loved, and accepted for who they are.

Reimagining aging through purpose, connection, and lifelong engagement.

From smart-home innovation to next-gen care tech – including RoseVilla’s LiveWell Tech Accelerator.

RoseVilla threw out the traditional waitlist and last spring launched TakeRoot, a new multi-tier waitlist model that replaces passive waiting with real-time engagement.
