RainWood Lofts will be RoseVilla’s largest Zero-Energy neighborhood, bringing 52 new Independent Living homes to campus. Designed in partnership with Hacker Architects, every aspect of the neighborhood has been thoughtfully envisioned to support a vibrant lifestyle where neighbors connect, creativity flourishes, and wellness is woven into everyday life.

Mahonia EcoHomes

Mahonia EcoHomes represents RoseVilla’s most ambitious sustainability project to date. These 12 beautifully crafted homes are being designed in partnership with Green Hammer Design & Build to meet the Living Building Challenge Certification, one of the world’s highest standards for sustainable construction.
