That’s also why you’ll see Team Members capitalized right alongside our Residents.
A History of Progressive Community
We’ve been doing things the Rose Villa way since the summer of 1957 when our founders developed the vision for an initial 90 units on 6 acres. The first residents took occupancy in September of 1960 and since then the campus has grown to include 262 independent living homes.
