TakeRoot is RoseVilla’s Future Resident program, designed to help you explore and connect with RoseVilla at your own pace while holding a space on our waitlist. With three levels of participation, TakeRoot offers engagement to match individual needs and readiness for future planning at RoseVilla. Begin exploring the three levels: Informed, Connected, and Committed.

Stay informed and up-to-date on developments at RoseVilla. Receive exclusive access to our Resident information portal and informative resources to help you plan for your future. For the Future Resident who is engaged in long-term planning.

Experience the Lifestyle

Form meaningful connections within the RoseVilla community on campus. Enjoy invitations to special events, open houses, and more! Receive special dining discounts and access to RoseVilla’s wellness amenities. For the Future Resident who wants to experience our vibrant culture firsthand.

Take Root-Committed

Interact as a Resident

Engage with RoseVilla as if you are already a Resident! Gain priority selection for your preferred residence, and access to all RoseVilla amenities, activities, and events. Receive special health and wellness programming and access to our onsite Clinic. Take significant steps towards residency and work closely with our team to coordinate your transition. For the Future Resident who is committed to moving to RoseVilla on an accelerated timeline.

Your partnership as a Committed Member

With early access to our community, resources, and support, you’ll begin forming real connections and routines—putting one foot firmly in the door as you actively shape your transition into residency.

Unlimited Access to Community Life

With access to all of our amenities, activities, clubs, and groups, Committed members can take advantage of our entire 22-acres. Members receive FOB keys that grant them 24/7 access to shared amenities across campus along with a RoseVilla name badge that identifies them as a Committed Future Resident. 

Whether it’s tending to a plot in the community garden, crafting in the Sewing & Quilting studio, or taking a dip in our saline pool, Committed members can enjoy unlimited access to community life before making the move.

COMMITTED MEMBERS ARE ENROLLED IN HEALTHYLIFETIME

HealthyLifetime™ is an Independent Aging Program designed to help you navigate the journey of independent aging with confidence. Developed by Researchers from the University of Michigan and built on decades of scientific evidence, HealthyLifetime™ offers personalized one-on-one Independent Aging Coaching to support your health and well-being journey. HealthyLifetime’s Independent Aging Professionals will help you understand your unique life and circumstances and then guide you through personalized strategies to empower you to live life on your own terms, enhance your quality of life, and maintain your long-term independence.

Committed TakeRoot Members are enrolled in this program and experience improvements in overall health, increased confidence, and a higher quality of life. Through personalized action plans and weekly collaborative sessions with a dedicated independent aging professional, you will find help uncovering your unique constellation of issues and risks that could impact your independence. From setting achievable short and long-term goals, to tracking progress every step of the way, HealthyLifetime provides you with the skills, insights, and guidance to live a more independent life.

RESIDENT OUTREACH OFFERING TOGETHERNESS, ENTHUSIASM, AND DIRECTION 

Experienced Residents, known as R.O.O.T.E.D Champions, act as 1:1 allies with Committed Members of TakeRoot. Through personal connections and shared experiences, R.O.O.T.E.D fosters an environment where every Future Resident is valued, and no one is left to navigate their journey to residency alone. 

This program strengthens individual relationships and cultivates an atmosphere of trust, inclusivity, and shared purpose, ensuring that everyone feels truly at home at RoseVilla. R.O.O.T.E.D Champions provide valuable insights into daily life at RoseVilla, offering a friendly face and helping hand in acclimating to the community.
