RoseVilla has been named one of Oregon’s 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in 2026, earning an impressive #4 spot on this year’s list.
The rankings are based on RoseVilla Team Member feedback gathered through a Workplace Quality survey, which measures satisfaction across five key areas: workplace environment, management and communications, mission and goals, career development and learning, and benefits and compensation.
RoseVilla climbed from #7 in 2025 to #4 in 2026. This achievement reflects the people who make RoseVilla such a wonderful place to work and live every day.

“What makes RoseVilla great is that individuals are encouraged to be social, get involved with the community and take care of all aspects of their health. There is a fantastic wellness program, gym and pool on-site, and many different opportunities to find joy at work.”
