Inspired by adaptive reuse urban street lofts found in the Pearl District of Portland, Oregon, the Schroeder Lofts are a continuation of Main Street and in the urban hub of the Rose Villa campus. The four-and-a half story loft apartment building is anchored at the north end by Rosebud Preschool, with apartments above street-level commons and a spectacular roof top view deck. The ground level features The Clinic, Rec Room, and the Treasure House resale shop facing a covered arcade along the pedestrian level of Schroeder Avenue. Schroeder Lofts features a mix of home sizes ranging from 1-bedroom studios to 360° lofts, each of which features tall ceilings and large operable windows to complement the open living spaces with a flood of daylight. The lofts feature covered 3-season decks off the dining room and living room.
